Addressing the significant threats posed by emerging plant and animal diseases and pests necessitates a unified One Health approach. The Community of Practice (CoP) on drivers of emerging plant and animal pests and diseases, including zoonotic spillover, has been established under the One Health Knowledge Nexus and focuses on understanding and tackling the upstream factors driving these threats.
